Movement+ Refund Terms

These refund terms are in place to ensure transparency and fairness for all parties while maintaining the sustainability of our platform. By providing a refund option within the first 30 days of a new membership, we offer users an opportunity to assess the service. Beyond this period, a non-refundable policy ensures that Movement+ can continue to invest in developing content, maintaining platform stability, and offering customer support. This policy also helps prevent potential misuse of the refund system and ensures equitable treatment for all members. Our refund terms are designed to provide clarity and fairness while ensuring we can continue offering high-quality content and services. By offering a refund within the first 30 days of a new membership, we give members ample time to explore and decide if Movement+ is the right fit for them. After this period, our non-refundable policy helps us maintain consistent service, support, and platform improvements for all members.

Refund Eligibility You may request a refund if:

  1. Your request is made within the first 30 days of starting a new membership, and

  2. Your first payment was successfully processed.

This refund policy applies only to new memberships and does not include membership renewals. To prevent any additional charges, please ensure you cancel before your membership renews.

If you would like to cancel your membership before it renews, you can do so by following the instructions here. Please note that if you do not cancel your membership before the renewal date, you will not be eligible for a refund for the active membership period (the upcoming month or year). You can cancel at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current membership period.

Non-Refundable Payments

  • Payments are non-refundable after the first 30 days of a new membership.

  • After the first 30 days, you can cancel your Movement+ membership at any time. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time.

Rejoining Membership If you were a paying member who cancelled your plan and are now rejoining a paid membership, you are not eligible for a refund.
